How to order
The ordering is easy, you can place your order by email, fax or phone. We send you all informations about the order and a order confirmation by email or fax. We working a comfortable order system, in the near future you can place your order directly this website.

- We send you all informations about the order and a order confirmation by email or fax.
4th step | payment
- you send the payment
5th step | goods shipped
- Once payment is received, all goods will be shipped.
Shipping costs
These both table are for easier find out the shipping costs for your destination. There are no extra costs or handling fee´s and a safety and carefully packing is understood. If you have questions or you´re not sure about the costs, please ask us by email.

Weight-code – with that code you can find out the shipping costs of your destination in the table below.

Germany – shipping inside Germany, without the german islands.
Europe – all countries inside the European Union.
Worldwide – USA incl. Alaska, Canada, Japan, and all other outside the European Union.
Prices and VAT
Prices are given both excluding and including VAT:
- EU countries are charged with 19% VAT on the invoice.
- Non EU countries do not pay VAT but are charged by local customs when goods arrive in their respective countries.
If you are outside EU, you don’t pay VAT to Analog Tube Audio, but at customs when goods enter your country. VAT does not aply to shipping or bank transfer cost and Paypal fees.
Currency
- We accept the payment only in Euro (€). The exchange rate will be as per the date of your order. We use: www.xe.net/ucc to convert currencies. If you can´t pay in Euro (€), please contact us.
Payment terms
The payment is accept by:
- PayPal (plus 3% charge for european payments and 5% charge for international payments. Shipping only to the Paypal registered postal address!)
- moneyorder (plus Bank fee of 10,00 Euro)
- euro bank transfer (the prefered payment for buyers from Europe, no fee´s!)
- international bank transfer (plus bank fee!)
The payment must arrived in the full amount, the buyer have to pay all fee´s for the payment. Banks charge money for abroad transfers. Please assure that all bank and transfer cost are covered at your side.
